Travel Instructions for APPCI Fellows

APPCI fellows receive a $1,000 per year travel stipend for meeting and conference attendance.

If you wish to use APPCI funds for travel, please send the APPCI Program Assistant the following information at least four (4) weeks before travel begins:
• Name of the meeting or conference
• Travel dates/times
• Hotel information and rate
• Airfare rates or a request for prepayment of airfare

For reimbursement after your trip, please provide:
• Receipts for hotel, parking, taxi, etc.
• A copy of the meeting/conference agenda
• Receipt for airfare (or a copy of your e-ticket). Boarding passes are not sufficient for travel reimbursement.
