Dermatology Residency Training Information
University of Florida Student Health Services Clinic (PGY 3 and 4)
This clinic offers the second and third year residents the opportunity to evaluate and treat patients in a large university system. They are to:
- develop their communication skills;
- become more familiar with techniques in patient evaluation and management;
- see patients of diverse ethnic and geographic origins;
- assume responsibility for the ongoing care of a select number of patients.
Elective Rotations Clinics (PGY 2, 3, and 4)
The rotation offers the second, third, and fourth year residents the opportunity to augment their training through exposure to other University of Florida clinics, labs and various private dermatology practices.
