- Tuesday clinics - 8am-12noon & 1pm-5pm (clinic times vary)
- Friday clinic - 1pm-5pm (clinic times vary)
- Special appointments available at the Nephrologists request
How to schedule appointments:
New: Referring physician should send most recent clinic note, labs, renal ultra sound report and films (if available), echocardiogram (if available) as well as the patient’s current address, phone #, insurance information and indicate if the physician considers the patients situation is urgent. The information will be submitted to our division chief for review and he will let us know how soon to schedule the appointment. Urgent referrals usually receive a call back in 7 days, all others 3-4 weeks.
