Jesse D. Schold, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor of Medicine
Dr. Schold received a B.A. from Emory University in 1993 and two masters degrees (M.Stat.) and (M.Ed.) from North Carolina State University in 2000. Dr. Schold came to the University of Florida in 2002 as a research coordinator with primary efforts in the renal transplant program. Dr. Schold enrolled in a doctorate program in 2004 in Health Services Research, Management and Policy and received his Ph.D. in 2007. Dr. Schold is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine. His research interests include outcomes research in renal transplantation and end-stage renal disease, quality improvement and measurement, health services research, health policy, and epidemiological and statistical methods. Dr. Schold is active in publishing in the field of transplantation and health services research and lecturing in research methods.
