Chronic pain, Wegener's granulomatosis, panarteritis nodosa, microscopic polyangiitis, Behcet's disease, Churg-Strauss vasculitis, temporal arteritis, Kawasaki's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, fibromyalgia, dermatomyositis/polymyositis, systemic sclerosis.
